If you've participated in one of our site events, fill out the form below to get your custom achievement plaque! Proof requirements are indicated below the form.

PROOF REQUIREMENTS
  • Halloween 2018: a link to your house where you participated in Trick or Treat OR a link to any purchase post you made in the Candy Shop OR a link to any mini-mastery submission
  • Christmas 2018: a link to your post from ANY of the days for the Advent Calendar
